Provider and agreement
These terms govern Loop, provided through www.vibeandcraft.com, operating from Punjab, Pakistan. The Privacy Notice describes data processing and the Community Guidelines set participation rules. Questions and notices can be sent to info-loop@vibeandcraft.com. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 and meet any higher local minimum. If you cannot legally accept this agreement independently, obtain a parent or guardian's permission where required. Give accurate account information, protect your credentials and report suspected compromise. Do not transfer accounts, impersonate others or evade a restriction. You remain responsible for authorized account activity, subject to protections required by law.
What the service provides
Loop hosts finite participation activities and shared results. Availability, timing and results depend on the published settings, genuine participation and operational processing. Votes and responses are not verified facts, professional advice, a representative scientific sample or an official election. A completion badge records the stated platform criteria, not the quality, legality or accuracy of every contribution.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in your content. You grant the service the non-exclusive permission necessary to host, process, display, distribute and generate shared results according to your chosen visibility and the service's operation. You must have permission to submit the material. This permission is limited to operating the service and handling necessary safety, support and retention duties; it is not a transfer of ownership. Public sharing can create copies outside our control.
Published Loop rules
A Loop's completion contract is shown before publication and then locked. Participation may stop at the deadline, full seat cap or creator closure. A Loop can close without reaching its goal. Editing/deletion windows and result visibility are explained in the Help & FAQs. Do not manipulate engagement, coordinate fake accounts or mislead participants. Removed material may affect visibility, eligibility and recognition.
Free and future paid memberships
Free membership has no introductory expiry and includes a lasting baseline of 100 creations per calendar month and 10 queued scheduled Loops. Opening paid memberships will not reduce that baseline. It is not a promise of unlimited infrastructure or that the service can operate forever. Safety restrictions and reasonable anti-abuse limits apply. Plans marked Coming soon cannot be purchased and do not charge or renew. Planned prices and features may change before release; future checkout must clearly disclose charges, renewal, cancellation, taxes and applicable refund rights before purchase.
Recognition, moderation and restrictions
Membership badges do not verify identity or buy rank, season points or priority selection. Automated checks and moderators may restrict content or accounts for policy violations, security, legal requirements or service protection. Context matters and automation can make mistakes. You may ask for review using the relevant notice or support address. Serious risks can justify immediate protective action; applicable notice and appeal rights remain intact.
Safety, acceptable use and privacy
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not exploit the service, harm other members, infringe rights or bypass technical controls. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not use Loop to collect payment-card information, passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive data. Other people's content and linked services remain their responsibility, and third-party providers have their own applicable terms.
Ending your use and service changes
You can stop using Loop and use account deletion in Settings. Some records and shared copies can remain as explained in the Privacy Notice. We may update or withdraw features, suspend unsafe use, or discontinue the service with appropriate notice where practicable and required. Material changes to these terms will be communicated and any legally required acceptance obtained. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights.
Responsibility and applicable law
We aim to operate a dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, viral reach, earnings, perfect moderation or defect-free software. Any exclusions or limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law and do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Pakistan law and the competent courts of Punjab govern where legally permissible; mandatory rights or forums available to you under other applicable law are preserved. Contact support first so concerns can be understood and resolved where possible.
